HCTS has many years' experience of delivering successful training services for employers. We currently work with over 100 companies, providing training, advice and support to help them become more profitable. Our employer services include:

 

Apprentice recruitment

We help companies recruit apprentices, pre-selecting school leavers according to requirements, and setting up interviews. Once the apprentice is recruited, we provide ongoing support and training to industry standards including NVQs and key skills such as team work and communication.

 

High quality training
 

  • Apprenticeships
    For your staff aged 16 to 18, we provide Apprenticeships training in Early Years Care and Education, General Construction and Floor Covering. Apprenticeships include working towards an NVQ level 2 or 3, and key skills training.

  • Train to Gain
    For staff who haven't achieved a level 2 qualification, we offer Train to Gain. This government funded programme covers a range of courses, is free and in most instances employers are eligible for a wage subsidy for time lost.

  • Other training
    HCTS offers the e2e (Entry to Employment) programme as a chance for employers to provide placement opportunities to local young people.

    We also operate a special funding package for construction employers to put staff on any relevant training their business requires.


Workforce development  & funding advice

We provide advice on achieving business success through staff development. We also provide ongoing support for the duration of any training programmes we deliver, answering any queries employers might have and helping address any issues that arise with their learners.

HCTS has extensive knowledge and experience of government funded training. We can advise companies on what funding they are entitled to, and how to use this funding to maximise their own training budget.
